Red de Pensamiento Decolonial

The term “Decolonial network” was formulated by Claude Bourguignon Rougier, Sébastien Lefevre, Enrique Sanchéz Albarracín and Fernando Proto Gutierrez, at the Colloque d’études décoloniales: déplacements épistémologiques du pouvoir, de l’etre et des savoirs, Université Lumière Lyon 2 – LCE EA-1853, Maison internationale des langues et des cultures in Lyon, on 7th and 8th of December, 2015, and then, the Revue d’études décoloniales (ISSN 2551-5896), directed by Bourguignon Rougier, was created. In this sense, on April 15, 2017, the Latin American Chapter of the Decolonial Thinking Network is co-founded -based on the dialogues between the Interuniversity Center for Research and Social Intervention (Colombia), the Free and Popular Latin American Academy (Chile), the Research Program in Intercultural Philosophy – FAIA (Argentina), The School of the Radical Thought (Eugenio Nkogo Ondó) and Revista and Casa Editorial Analéctica (Mexico).
